Managing a team of application development and L3 activities for FE applications (CRM, OMS and MEC), Planning and ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.Coordinating with cross-functional teams, Testing, development, and customer service, to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products and services.Monitoring and controlling overall project performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, specifications and best practices.

• Leading MEC team for E2E solution, designing, Implementation, and development.• Tracking team activities, capacity planning and leading Scrum huddles.• Preparing and helping team to prepare HLIA /IA design.• Participating walk-through meetings, impact assessment calls, scope analysis.• Supporting Business Clients calls, PT, SIT, UAT, E2E and production testing for issues related to designing, implementations, development, and solution challenges.

• Involved in collating and evaluating requirements for Master Enterprise Catalog (MEC) enabling business to define new Rules (Eligibility rules, compatibility rules, Benefit rules, Equipment rules, CPD Rules), Prices, Billing offers, promotions, bundles, Product offers, Devices, accessories, and new components within short time.• Conduct detailed unit testing of new CR’s with Zero defect mind set. Involved in resolving OMS issues/defects as well as production defects and defects with log files.• Preparing HLIA documents from the functional requirement documents.• Participating walk-through meetings, impact assessment calls, scope analysis.• Prepare and present MEC DB dumps (OMS, ABP, Sales Engine) to testing teams and DBA for installing on live ENV. Ensure effective resolution of reported issues in coordination with testing teams, UAT clients and CSRs.• Supporting PT, SIT, UAT, E2E and production testing for issues related to ITR implementations.• Worked on project M&HS IT E2E Triage aimed at defect management & resolution encountered in Functional/UAT/E2E Testing or Production.• Involved in identification and resolution of defects from U-Verse and Mobility, WLL, DTV; modifying test cases for validating and verifying application• Assessed logs and assigned defects to development for effective resolution. Guided a team of 3 members in working on project for defect resolution within the SLA of 1 Hour and FTR of over 80%.• Liaised with BA/scenario owner/clients on requirement clarifications, logging and following defect till closure• Assessed functional requirements and rendered feedback on requirements in design walkthroughs. Evaluated BR/SR/HLD for better understanding of the system from technical and business perspective.• Participated in regular project status meetings, walkthroughs, kick-off calls for developing test plans, test cases based on evaluated business logic and system requirements.
