So, what is my story from working in India to packing my bags and coming to Germany for an MBA?My professional experience has been in the automotive and tech industry. I was given an opportunity to lead teams very early in my career which helped me to demonstrate my leadership capabilities. I am at my best when I’m continually tackling complex problems, uncovering new insights and creating business opportunities, and driving a team of diverse perspectives towards a unified vision. I led and motivated the sales force to achieve business objectives and cultivated relationships with channel partners. Working in a fast-paced business growth environment helped to inculcate problem-solving and decision-making skills.I have led various Digital Transformation projects. I have pioneered digital technology and process overhauls which have led to the corporate-wide transformation connecting all functions with the channel partner, causing improvement in both transparency and turnover. Innovation has been a key driver for me and helped me to tackle various complex situations. My experience in tech and IT consulting has helped me to gain in-depth knowledge of the latest industry trends and advancements.Managing 'Key Accounts’ has helped me to develop customer-centric strategies to foster client relationships and enhance the customer experience. Apart from my work life, I love exploring new places and new food. I meditate and play flute which helps to bring my thoughts together and start a rejuvenating day every day.I believe in the quote by John F.
