I am a self-driven, highly systematic, structural content designer and creator. As a pioneer in the Spanish-speaking digital world, I have worked with multi-platform companies to grow Spanish-speaking audiences in the US and Lat Am and have global experience with Latinx, women, and urban markets. I thrive on adopting new tools, diversifying communication channels and building teams to create clear and powerful narratives. Combining content strategy, user research and copyediting, at the New York Times Co. I led the largest initiative in Spanish at the time and the team that developed more than 110 expert-led sites. My deep-rooted passion for languages and travel fuels a constant exploration of the intersections between storytelling and innovation. At Hola! I designed and implemented strategies to tailor recommendations and harness unexplored links between artists and places to challenge stereotypes. In collaboration with the arts and marketing departments, our creative decisions hacked the contemporary fairytale narrative to discover and promote Latinx trendsetters and emerging talent.
