- Execute project plan to deliver product on time, meets costs target and Leapfrog Quality, from design stage to 1st OBS shipment.- Develop individual project milestone with various function teams, and execute the control plan.- Lead project team (members from various functional teams), to ensure project development with schedule.- Handle engineering change and schedule adjustment.- Coordinates release of vendor quote package in various project development stages.- Lead the review of feasibility and reliability on new product design with various function teams.- As a project leader to resolve the problems across departments and vendor.- Monitor the design/quality control/material activities to ensure product development and production smooth as planned.- Manage contract manufacturers and component suppliers to work out production process flow, ramp schedule.- Manage and maintain master plan and project documents.- Accountable for overall project schedule.
