CurrentAs HR Business Partner for Fidelidade's Tech and Analytics areas my scope is:Aligning HR Strategy with Business Goals: working closely with senior leaders and management teams to ensure that the HR strategies support and drive the overall goals of the organization- Ensuring the HR Calendar Milestones - Collaborate with Key Stakeholders for Performance Management Cycle, Workforce Planning and Annual Budget, Talent Reviews, Annual Training Plan.- Talent Management and Development - Succession Planning; Performance Management; Training & Development; Oversee recruitment needs. - Employee Relations - Conflict Resolution; Foster an engaging and positive work environment- Workforce Planning & Analytics - forecast future workforce needs, such as recruitment, workforce downsizing, or restructuring; Use HR metrics, analytics, and KPIs to make informed decisions about hiring, promotions, compensation, - Leadership Support - Provide problem-solving support to business leaders on complex HR issues, including team dynamics, leadership challenges, organizational design or employee retention.
