Lead an RF planning team responsible of improving coverage/quality of the network.• Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly presentations and reports for management• Coordinate and manage roll-out tasks performed by vendors for 3G/4G & Upgrade project.• Audit and validate RF team planning and optimization tasks.• Monitor and validate new site integration reports• New cell sites (Coverage/Capacity) process (D1's, surveys, candidate ranking & qualification)• Pre-optimization using planning tools through antenna optimization (D4C's).• Drive test report analysis for site integration and submitting recommendations to improve network KPIs (DCR,CSSR, HOSR, Blocking,…etc)

ILA & DLA design. Network optimization, field optimization for coverage sites, sectorization, Neighbor optimization, parameters optimization. Special solution team (IBS), Initial design, link budget final and Installation.• A member of the opening team who effectively participated in the preparations of setting up the network, and successfully met all the required deadlines.• Radio Planning Activities: Conducting site surveys (Site Visit) & selects best possible locations (Candidate Ranking). Supervising site installation (Site Auditing, VSWR, DTF, RL), ensure company standards. Checking the performance of the site through conducting regular drive tests, monitoring for the network performance & Optimizing network RF coverage/capacity/quality. Finding Indoor – Outdoor solutions for network gaps using Micro, Nano & repeater solutions.

• UHF networks installation and maintenance and deep knowledge and involvement in the whole process.• Wireless devices programming and maintenance.• Wireless networks programming and maintenance which requires regular visits for the repeaters cabinets in Amman, Aqaba, Zarqa and Balka.• Participating in the purchases of the department technical tools and provides the necessary spare parts from the suppliers.
