-Reduced drastically the Past Due balance from 15% to 6% of a Portfolio of around 300 US & CAD customers, once I received larger and more complex accounts like Amazon, I ensured to maintain a $15M Portfolio below 15% PD.-Reduced AFDA (180+) from $500K to $200K, once I received larger and more complex accounts like Amazon, I ensured to maintain the bad debt below $500K preventing further items to keep rolling.-Reduced Unapplied cash drastically from $2.7M to $500K.

-Sales, margin, productivity reporting analysis and KPI´s Dashboards for American National Accounts Managers, using BI, Sales Force and SAP.-Pricing administration and analysis for the US region via Vendavo (Price optimization software).-Process and administrate samples, claim back credits, returns, warranties, quotes and material specifications for the US Sales Representatives via SAP and Sales Force.

-Ensure to keep the overdue balance below 4% and achieve the monthly objectives from a 10M USD Portfolio of around 250 Canadian and American Customers.-Disputes resolution and account reconciliations with external and internal customers such as customer care, sales, etc.-Analyze trends and payment behaviors of the customers to implement improvement plans for a better portfolio management.

-Confirm delivery times and Quality with the suppliers of direct materials, both National and International.-Monitoring the fulfillment of the different requirements of the purchase orders.-Control of suppliers files and purchase orders for an efficient flow of the process.

-Analysis and interpretation of different indicators (KPI's) and financial statements for a better management of controlling.-Assist with the sales orders and revenue administration in order to achieve the monthly forecast.-Follow up of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

-Assist to the Corporate Sales area with different administrative activities such as: fielding telephone calls, filling, creating spreadsheets and presentations.-Elaborate reports, prepare documents and statistics of the area.-Elaborate invoices and quotations.
