• Plan, design and implement IT infrastructure architecture in line with Enterprise Architecture vision and roadmap.• Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company.• Regularly evaluate the development in cloud Architecture, technologies, services and solutions to make efficient design of infrastructure taking the context of using own datacenter, private, public or a hybrid set-up.• Work closely with enterprise architects to prepare technical architecture in accordance with business, data and information systems architecture of the organization.• Explore new technologies, solutions, industry trend and partner ecosystem to identify and guide the development of Infrastructures as a Service.• Ensure all aspects of security guidelines and measures are incorporated in infrastructure design and technology selection.• Develop, establish, and operationalize architecture governance and performance framework.• Ensure design standards with respect to fault resiliency (high availability, recovery), performance and monitoring aspects are incorporated across all infrastructure.• Work with senior management, relevant teams, business stakeholders and partners to identify complex challenges, risks and propose solutions and mitigation plans.

Accordingly plan & deliver platform transformation from physical platforms to private/public Cloud and manage to migrate existing workloads• Develop and contribute in backup infrastructure modernization to streamline with modern Cloud based IT platform’s data protection system. Plan to optimize backup window for maintaining better RTO.• Define short-term, mid-term and long-term platform strategy, business demand/forecasting of Data Analytic platforms (Hadoop and RDBMS based DWH). IOT & Middleware hardware platforms strategy and roadmap to fit future transformation/expansion with private cloud and SDN.• Develop and contribute in designing highly available, high density and optimized infrastructure for Digital Video Streaming, FinTech, AI, ML & Analytics platforms.• Contribute in intensive Project Management - Initiating, Planning, Executing, Control, Monitoring and Close project for enterprise application.• Ensure IT infrastructure platform capacity planning and BAU expansion/upgradation plan according to Business demand.• Identifying key risks, issues, interdependencies and provide appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Oversee and manage IT Platform Planning team and work closely with IT Management Committee.• Define IT Infrastructure Projects scope, goal and deliverable that support Business Objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.• Responsible for managing of functional goals in the areas of services, system health, performance metrics, project management.• Manage project resources.
