1.     Manage MFS (Justpay) and internet banking operations, including correspondence with vendors to ensure smooth services.2.     Address customer inquiries regarding individual or corporate internet banking and Justpay operations, and collaborate with technical/IT teams to resolve critical issues.3.     Plan and organize promotional activities and distribute them to customers for advertising the bank.4.     Coordinate with Justpay activation and customer support teams to ensure seamless operations and increase activation and support rates.5.     Reconcile all Justpay transactions.6.     Receive service charges sent by branches.7.     Adjust Online GL and post to respective GL accounts of registration fee, annual fee, and VAT at Head Office.8.     Prepare and submit recurring bills (fixed software maintenance cost plus SMS cost), top-up bills, and registration fee bills to FAD Division on a monthly basis.9.     Establish agreements with stakeholders to enhance product quality/services and complete necessary documentation.10.  Communicate with vendors about ATM decoration and technical support.11.  Work on other projects, including Bangla QR implementation, Aurthoo, and TCS core banking implementation project.

1. Install, maintain, and commission various machines such as substations, LT panels, HT panels, PFI plants, AVS, IVS, ATS, HT cables, and LT cables.2. Install, maintain, and commission PLCs such as SIEMENS, Allen Bradley, Schneider, LS, HMI, SCADA systems, PLC-based machines, and HMI Panels, among others.3. Install, maintain, and repair electrical channels, lighting systems, power systems, MDB boards, SDB boards, IPS, and all other necessary electrical work required for factory operation.4. Design, draw, plan, and create factory layout plans using AutoCAD, Microsoft VISIO, and other design software.5. Perform scheduled checks, maintenance on machinery and parts, including packaging machines, mixer machines, load cell calibration, and more.6. Implement and ensure a healthy and safe working environment based on ISO 9001:2008 standards.7. Troubleshoot and maintain utility machines such as induction motors, air compressors, boilers, and diesel generators.8. Weekly monitor CLIT, CBMS, and preventive maintenance checklists.9.
