As a trainee assistant store manager, my duties included keeping financial records and resolving customer inquiries. controlling stock exchanges and incoming stock. Additionally, I assisted inoverseeing the opening and closing of the stores. taking care of all the SOPs that must be adhered to for the store to operate properly and safely. To further clarify why my employmentexperience is only two months, there was an occurrence in October 2021 that required my mother to undergo severe surgery, which forced me to quit at the moment. At that time, my onlyoption was to be ready for CAT.

Participate in the customer reception and inform tourists about the conditions of stay: services offered by the hotel, rates of different activities, events etc … Assist in the management ofreservations: record arrivals and departures. Maintain relevant information available to customers and sometimes play the role of tourist advisor on the potential places in the region to visit.Promote the activities offered by the hotel to tourists for commercial purposes. Establish invoices at the customer’s departure: price of the stay, meals, minibar consumption, excursions, hotelservices … and manage payments. Calculate, analyze and communicate the reservation rate of the hotel
