I completed my dissertation at CSIR-CSMCRI in the Natural Products and Green Chemistry division. I gained hands-on experience during an internship at NIPER Mohali, where I used various analytical tools, including:- FT-NMR Spectrometers (500 MHz and 600 MHz)- WD-XRF- Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy- Infrared Spectroscopy with Imaging Facility- Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LCMS)- Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GCMS)- High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gel Permeation Chromatography- Ion Chromatography- X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS)- Langmuir-Blodgett TroughAdditionally, I attended a workshop at Birla Institute of Technology, Pilani, in Analytical Research & Technology in 2022.My main areas of focus include novel therapeutics using CRISPR and CRISPR-Cas9 for precision medicine, pharmacogenomics, pharmaceutics, and medicinal chemistry. I am also deeply involved in molecular biology, drug design, genome editing, and novel therapeutics.I participated in the Startup and Innovation Competition 2022 organized by the Federation of Rajasthan Trade & Industry, presenting on HIT & LED optimization and CRISPR-Cas9 gene therapy.At the INDO-US Conference 2019, I presented a poster on using CRISPR technology for cancer treatment.I completed a certification course through the NIDA Clinical Trial Network on pharmacovigilance and best clinical practices.Additionally, I volunteer with Aaradhya Manosanti Sewa Sansthan in Chittorgarh completed a course on advanced CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing from BIOTECNIKA. I also finished a course through USP Education on COVID-19 vaccines and therapeutics for the global community. Recently, I completed a 15-day course in advanced drug discovery using CRISPR technology and am currently attending a conference hosted by Biotecnika.
