Key Responsibilities: • Identifying and implementing communication strategies to attract clients.• Responsible for handling marketing activities domestic & global.• Making proposals, Cost estimation, offer preparation, follow –up, negotiations, and booking of orders. • Handling Customer Accounts. • Handling enquiries, tenders, sales, collection of payment.• Provide Product feedback to manufacturing for product improvement.• Revenue generation through AMC, Spares sales. • Overseeing the business development operations, thereby achieving growth.• Generate business enquiry.• Vendor registration to various consultants & organizations.

• Responsible for providing and meeting utility requirements for all process plant.• Monitoring of jobs on a regular basis and identifying critical activities/areas. • Identification & implementation of cost saving & energy saving proposals. • Negotiation with the vendors – technical assistance to purchase department.• Spares management & procurement of utility spares follow up with purchase dept.• Planning & monitoring on revenue & capital expenditure budget of utility.• Preparation of daily & monthly reports and reporting to Management.
