Conducting internal reviews and audits2. Conducting environmental audits to ensure the company meets environmental requirements3. Following up on compliance issues that require investigation4. Managing company’s global operation.5. Handling CRM of all countries - Australia, Canada, Malta, UK, Cyprus and New Zealand.6. Develop and maintain the appropriate compliance culture7. Handling company issues8. Think outside the box and strong common sense and rationale, superb problem solving, analytical, and technical skills that can be applied anywhere in the company.9. Ability to control stress and pressure 10. Have a strong sense of responsibility and making the company’s problems their own.

• Counselling the agents & students from all over India about the admission process of this institution.• Assisting the students on planning for the accurate course that is feasible for their profile.• Discussing the clients’ desired goals and providing them relevant information and resources specific to their needs through emails and calls.• Assessment of the students’ documents.• Convert the students’ queries into application.• Consulting with the students’ guardians and make referrals as appropriate.• Processing of more than 500 applications in each intake ( January ; May and September).• Directly coordinating with the international team to get current update on applicant’s LOFs ; LOAs and fee receipts through emails.• Maintaining a record of all processed applicants in excel.• Assisting each applicant for Registration Process that is carried out for this institution and helping them to enrol in to courses before going to attend classes in each intake.• Responsible for creating various reports i.e Application Database ; L.O.A Statistics ; Manager Performance Report ; Deferral Sheet et• Providing brief training to agents on Skype about Capilano University that includes Admission Process ; How to Apply Applications online through Education Planner ;Tuition Fee Structure for each program ; Giving brief description about all courses and what are it’s admission requirements ; What are it’s popular courses ; Commission Process ; Agent Agreements ; Registration Process ; Tuition Fee Deposit Deadlines ; Application and Document Submission Deadlines ; How to access Student Information Web Service Portal to get current update on student’s application etc.
