Anmol Kansal is currently pursuing an MBA in Operations & Supply Chain Management and Marketing Management from IIM Mumbai. He also works as a Student Coordinator for the Centre of Excellence – IIM Mumbai and Team Avartan.He has done summer internship with KPMG in Business Consulting C&O, where he worked for Sales & Marketing Strategy Evaluation project for an Automobile client. He developed a real-time data analysis tool that dynamically generate ideal marketing strategy tailored to multiple nuances of dealers & SKU at any point of the month synergising ATL & BTL activities to meet S&OP target. With 2 years of work experience in L&T Limited as an Executive Engineer in Planning Operation & Maintenance of a super critical thermal power plant, his prime responsibilities were RCM Implementation, Asset performance analysis, benchmarking and KPI reporting. During this time, he also received the Best Performance Team Award for planning and monitoring of boiler overhaul project with an estimated annual cost saving of INR 25 crores. Anmol is a proud alumnus of NIT Kurukshetra, having graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 2020 with a 9.04 GPA. He enjoys traveling and exploring different parts and cultures of India, and his hobbies include playing chess and reading novels.
