I am an entrepreneur. I am an internationally certified Fitness consultant. Hailing from a small place, Patna, Bihar, I wanted to redefine the Fitness Industry by not only transforming them but educating them too.With the sole intention of changing this bro-science community of trainers, he then shifted to Delhi to pursue his further education as he is a firm believer in research-based proper coaching and education rather than guesswork.With a bachelor of PHE and Sports science degree and multiple international certifications namely – Reebok/ Precision Nutrition, I have gathered scientific knowledge to add to his practical experience, which he has gathered through playing sports, training, and coaching. I have coached and transformed more than 1500 clients personally in the past 5 years which includes many sportspeople, Natural bodybuilders and athletes, and people suffering from lifestyle diseases.By gathering information, researching, educating himself, and coaching various types of clients, I decided to dip his feet into entrepreneurship with this company. I was working and had several good tie-ups but he always noticed people deviating from the main vision and thus came up with this to be consistent for not 1,2 or 3 years but a lifetime. I have been taking guest lectures and seminars in various corporate hubs, sharing his knowledge and experience. I currently reside in Gurgaon, India where he is constantly helping people transform in the healthiest and the best way possible and also been producing evidence-based articles and youtube videos.
