I started my journey as a chef, working in the hotel industry for over an year.That’s when getting into healthy eating got me into nutrition.Nutrition education is incomplete without the knowledge of fitness & health.The inception of Hungry Barbell came from my personal journey.Battling with weight issues and diets, I decided to become my own mentor by training myself with all the required skills.
