Maintenance & Reliability Engineer-Maintenance Lead: Led maintenance team (30-35 personnel) of a machine named Dragline, having an opportunity cost of operations as about INR 3 lakhs/ hour-No romanticization of frugal engineering: Emphasized transition from adhoc frugal engineering measures to well-recognized maintenance techniques for safety & sustained benefits. The transition demanded both mindset change and skills reorientation.-No reinvention of the wheel: Stressed upon documentation of best managerial & engineering practices to build a repository of shareable literature.
