I am a dedicated professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering, complemented by an Advanced Post-Graduation Diploma in Cloud Computing. I began my career as a Junior Cloud Engineer in the manufacturing sector, where I gained hands-on experience managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure for over three years.In 2022, I relocated to Canada to further develop my expertise in cloud technologies and to pursue advanced academic qualifications. Given the competitive nature of the cloud computing job market, I seized an opportunity for a Co-op position as a Technical Support Advisor at Rogers Communications while continuing my studies. During my two years there, I enhanced my troubleshooting, customer service, and technical support skills.In January 2024, I transitioned to Apple as a Mac Desktop Support Technician, where I continue to broaden my technical knowledge and improve my problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.Despite shifting focus for a time, I have never lost my passion for cloud computing. Over the past year, I have continued to build and deploy cloud-based projects while achieving my AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.I am now eager to return to my passion for cloud engineering and am actively seeking opportunities that align with my skills, experience, and career aspirations in cloud technology.
