I started my journey as a Key Account Manager at Harsh Express, where I juggled textile giants like Trident and Vardhman, alongside FMCG heavyweights like P&G and Hershey’s. My life revolved around business quoting, billing, and collections, somehow managing to hit an annual turnover of 80 Lac. I also had the joy of leading teams, maintaining databases, and negotiating terms, all while optimizing vehicle distribution for peak efficiency. Who knew fleet utilization could be so exhilarating?Moving on to HRL Cargo as an Executive Assistant, I dived into the IT Department, leading data accumulation, ERP module implementation, and resolving bugs like my life depended on it. Implementing data validation for accurate account creation was a real thrill, as was streamlining processes and standardizing reporting. Internal Auditing had me supervising 11 branches, managing finance and operational reports, and hunting down anomalies in branch reports. In Operations, I set up client satisfaction procedures, developed lead generation and retention strategies, and tackled departmental escalations.
