I am a sustainability intern at Hindalco Industries Limited, one of the world's largest aluminium producers, and an MBA candidate at Indian Institute of Forest Management, a premier institute for environmental and social management in India. My passion for sustainability and corporate social responsibility drives me to pursue a career in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) analysis and reporting, where I can apply my analytical, communication, and customer relationship management skills to create positive impacts for businesses and society. At Hindalco, I am working with the sustainability team to conduct ESG assessments, monitor sustainability performance indicators, and prepare sustainability reports for internal and external stakeholders. I have also contributed to a project on circular economy and waste management, where I helped identify and implement best practices to reduce, reuse, and recycle waste materials. Previously, I was an ESG analyst at Intellect Design Arena Ltd, a leading provider of digital banking solutions, where I supported the ESG integration and reporting process for the company and its clients. I also completed a certification on Climate and Sustainability Job Simulation from Forage, where I learned how to apply ESG frameworks and tools to address sustainability challenges and opportunities. I am eager to learn more about the latest trends and developments in the ESG and sustainability field, and to leverage my skills and knowledge to create value for organizations and communities. I am looking for opportunities to work with innovative and impactful teams and projects that align with my values and goals.
