As a Water Treatment Operator at Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, I performed various types of sampling and testing to ensure regulatory compliance and operational status of the water treatment plant and reservoir. I used and maintained laboratory equipment, chemical pumps, and online analyzers, and adhered to procedures and policies pertaining to safety, operations, and facility inspections.I have a Certificate in Water and Wastewater Treatment from NAIT, where I learned the fundamentals of chemistry, microbiology, hydraulics, and process control. I also have a Chemical Engineering Technology diploma from NAIT, which enhanced my problem-solving and chemical handling skills.
