I pursue my legal career to protect and defend the legal interests of business organisations and private clients. I have received my Bachelors in Law (LL.B.) in 2014 from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and I am enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. I have also cleared the All India Bar Examination of the Bar Council of India.I have represented my Clients and their businesses before various Courts/ Forums/ Tribunals/ Commissions/ Authorities, etc. as the case may be. I have also briefed senior counsels for high stake matters and participated in formulation of legal strategies on case-to-case basis.I have rendered legal advisory for my Clients on various queries raised in connection with daily business operations and/ or their specific dealings from time to time, or pertaining to specific law and relevant legal standpoints, etc.I have taken up corporate legal drafting, including court drafting, various agreements and business contracts, expression of interests/ term sheets, corporate guarantees, memorandums, deeds, wills, etc.I am quite familiar in liasoning with various departments, agencies and authorities of the government at all levels, for ensuring smooth functioning of the Client's business affairs.
