My role within REG UK is to oversee the UI and UX elements of the company’s core offerings and to create visuals based on the updated requirements of the latest iteration of the products as well to provide consultation on how to improve user experience whilst adding value for the end user to ultimately gain revenue.Below are further breakdown of my responsibilities:• Meet with clients and work with the Account teams to gather the requirements to be collected in an Agile manner.• Convert Epics and Stories into initial design directions using wireframes and storyboards to get feedback from stakeholders and rationalize design decisions to stakeholders and peers• Produce mid-high fidelity prototypes and mockups for development team to be able to develop from.• Participate in QA and Client reviews of the implementation to make sure dev teams are in-line with proposed designs.• Iterate quickly, deliver results in an agile development environment• Coordinate and execute user research efforts (interviews, usability testing, surveys)• Promote user-centered approach in the Agile team and to Stake holder• Develop, collaborate on and maintain design patterns to be socialized back to industry leaders.

AN Designs is a graphic design company specialises in design, print and online media. We believe our clients enjoy working directly with creative people who create solutions which will communicate their message clearly and accurately to enhance their business.

As the company’s only web designer, I was responsible for multiple client projects ranging from 5 - 6 page static brochure websites to in-depth bespoke cms build websites for a variety of clients.My role, as part of the design team,involves working closely with the Graphics Designers (who were also the Directors) and being responsble for providing solutions for creatingrich, clean and user friendly front-end web designs, website development with clean coding and on occassions, developing the back-end of the websites using ASP.Net and C#. Technologies used to provide these solutions includeusing XHTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Javascript (JQuery), XML, Wordpress & ASP.Net.

As the company’s only web designer, I take responsibilty for the two company websites as well as takingcreative control of around 20 independant mortgage broker’s websites. My role, as part of the design team,involves working closely with the Graphcis Designer and being responsble for providing solutions for creatingrich, clean and user friendly front-end web designs.
