My goal is to find an adjunct or a part-time position in higher education or education-related field. Recently, I taught online and hybrid courses at Nashua Community College (NCC) and Fitchburg State University. Until July 2014, I taught full-time education courses for 11 years. During that time, I was an adjunct professor teaching in history and related content disciplines at NCC, also.My teaching experience includes (face-to-face, hybrid, online formats):11 years teaching social studies, multiculturalism, and philosophy to pre-service teachers;25 + years adjunct teaching History, English, and Humanities courses in higher education; and10 teaching high school History, English, Social Studies, and Civics.My experience includes teaching traditional and non-traditional students in Texas, Hawaii, Georgia, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.My educational administration includes:College Accelerated Degree Completion Program Coordinator with responsibilities of program, staff, and faculty development and operation.High School Humanities Division Director at a high school of 1700 and 47 teachers in the division.Education related experience includes participation/committee work for NH DOE and several professional organizations.
