Ann Arora, MFT occupies a unique position in the world of mindfulness and business. From her years at Kraft Foods managing top brands like Kraft Natural Cheese, Breakstone's, Light N’ Lively, to her years as a psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher, Ann brings unparalleled insights and strategic vision to those seeking to manage stress more effectively and live their lives with purpose and intention.Ann was a Brand Manager at Kraft Foods and won Brand of the Year for outstanding business results. After leaving Corporate America she decided to make a major mid-life career change and went back to graduate school to study clinical psychology. Today Ann is a certified mindfulness teacher and teaches in a variety of organizational settings including large multi-national corporations, as well as smaller private companies and start-ups. She is also a psychotherapist and has a successful private practice in San Francisco where she works with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and post traumatic stress.
