I was in charge of the overall public relations activity in a progressive hospital in New York. My duties included writing press releases, spokesperson to the media, managing the hospital web site, writing brochures and annual reports, liaison to the community, promoting physicians' practices, and organizing health fairs. I also trained new employess in customer service.
