I-LEAD welcomes a new team member! Ann Black has joined I-LEAD as Development Director focused on helping establish an individual donor base, securing private and public grants, and developing the Arch Street Press business model. Ann comes to us with a wealth of experience in the fundraising and public relations field in a number of environments, including secondary and higher education and community based non-profit organizations. She has turned around a Boys and Girls Club, launched award winning marketing campaigns, increased membership to a peak level for a local museum, and raised a $1.8 million annual fund for a private college. She will help us deepen and extend the I-LEAD and ACE brand in the philanthropic community, manage external relations and explore new social enterprises. Relatively new to the area, Ann has spent the majority of her career in New England. Energetic, creative and results-oriented, Ann brings very positive energy and enthusiasm to the team.
