CareerOne: Joint VentureManaged the implementation of an integrated employment solution in Australia; a joint venture agreement with News Limited. Resulted in business expansion of 12M weekly distribution and 140 Australian newspapers. Project involved substantial data migration efforts of personnel, candidates and job seeker data.Hot Jobs Acquisition:I was asked to work on a confidential project that became the Monster Hot Job Acquisition for $225M. I was requested to participate in the development of a new product offering that would establish a print and online recruiting solution between Monster and Major Newspaper and Media Holding Companies. As part of an elite team, defined and built the solution which resulted in over 1000 US partnerships (New York times, Boston Globe, etc.) as well as media companies located in Brazil, France and Spain.• Established a team of implementation managers who managed the onboarding of technical and business integrations for newspaper and media companies using our new online recruiting solution.
