Specifically, this will entail the following:Direct borrower to www.theperpetual.com to send in loan application securely, or assist President in sending application to borrower for manual completion.Set up Initial Consultation meetings with the President and the client, either by phone or in person.Prepare the client for the Initial Consultation by sending the template Appointment Confirmation email. Confirm the meeting by phone or email 24 hours prior to the appointment.Assist the Processing Manager, as needed, in making sure that the loans in the President’s pipeline close smoothly and on time.Create, implement, and manage new marketing strategies, which include but are not limited to the By Referral Only systems. Maintain office facilities – interface with contractors, vendors, and the like to ensure equipment and facilities are functional and running smoothly, e.g.:Phone System maintenance & issuesIT/Network related maintenance & issuesImplement new touchpoints as needed with the approval of the President in order to increase referral activity.
