Worked in the Meat industry for over 40 years . Started with Donald Russell in 1982 as a Telex Operator working in Export. When in 1996 BSE hit the UK went into a role to start and build up sales of meat products to hotels and restaurants UK wide. Worked my way up to Head of UK and Export Sales and finally retired at Xmas 2021 . I missed my chefs and was offered a position as Business Development Manager so I am now back . Seeking and looking after the meat requirements of UK and Channel Island chefs .
