I have a passion to help others find their voice and their confidence through communication and the skills of positive neuroplasticity to overcome the negativity bias. I help others through leadership coaching and training workshops so you have increased confidence and trust yourself to lead and take yourself where you want to go. I have had and continue to have my share of life challenges and know it is possible to overcome adversity, increase our resilience and find treasure in the trials. I have worked in all aspects of manufacturing for the past 16 years and had the privilege to help develop manufacturing apprentices through the State of CT and taught at Northwestern Community College. I have created curriculum and taught courses such as: interviewing skills, public speaking and confidence building strategies.I have a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy and is a Certified Professional Life Coach.I am an active member of Toastmasters, Women in Manufacturing, a member of Waterbury Chamber, a positive neuroplasticity trainer and a partner with Parent to Parent USA. My mission statement is: “to be better today than yesterday, but not as good as tomorrow.”
