Executive Assistant• Monitors all the personal payable and provide a scanned copy for manager’s review. • Encodes all expenses into excel and deliver it via e-mail for monthly monitoring. • Restaurant reservations, cancellations and change of schedules.• Prepares reimbursement requests and deposits check upon releasing. • Checking flight itinerary and provide a detailed expenses & charges for checking and approval. • Registering to conference, meeting, events and other business gatherings. • Managing all personal bank transactions, remittances, shipping and dollar/peso exchange. • Organizing and maintaining files and records. • Provides assistant for other personal requests from time to time.Finance Staff• Handles requests of payment of the company's payable. • Receiving all deliverable, bills and other documents. • Releasing checks to suppliers and vendors. • Encoding for easy retrieval. Other task• Act as a receptionist. • Answering all incoming calls and endorse them to concerned person. • Attends to other Manager’s request, visitors and incoming mails related to company transactions.• Conference room reservation for meetings and events.

• Process online activation of Internet Phone (VOIP) subscription.• Manages the daily extension of Internet Phone Account.• Places Internet Phone request via yahoo mail to the main office at Goodtelecom Korea.• Generates Statements of Account by collecting data into online banking and send a copy to Client on a weekly basis by means of local post-office, courier and e-mail. • Encodes monthly sales of the company.• In charge of Company’s proper filing and documentation.• Monitors and Records local bank account details.• Purchases Office Supplies.• Address telephone queries on a timely and professional manner and/or endorse them to proper staff as necessary.
