In a three tier system I am the bridge between the supplier, the wholesaler and the consumer. I have proven success on all sides of the business through my career representing brands like Anheuser-Busch, Dogfish Head and Sierra Nevada. My beer career has provided me with experience in sales, inventory management, partner relationships, and brand management. As a Market Sales Manager I have become a master at prioritization, utilizing the digital world to plan, schedule, and execute meetings and programs while keeping up with the ever changing market. I have built relationships with key folks and engage them through our brands. I was given the opportunity to effect the culture of the company as a member of our sales council in 2021 and am working on internal initiatives that will add value to the company. I have a new found enthusiasm for employee development, business communication, and partner management. I am continuously pursuing my goal of being the best at what I do while elevating others to achieving higher levels of success. I attended the University of Akron and have a Bachelors degree in Business and Organizational Communication with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Before Covid I was the director of a local fundraising/female awareness group called Beer Women Rock, where we successfully raised over $18,000 in four years through our annual event. We partnered with multiple local non-profits in our community while highlighting the women who work in the Cleveland beer scene.
