It also involved responsibility for the University Archives and the Open Study Centres, which provided specific study skills support to the students and the co-ordination of Student Services and the management of the Student Information Advice Centre on the Oxstalls Campus. This included the leadership of six teams comprising of 40 staff. My role also included the project management of Francis Close Hall refurbishment and expansion, which involved major cultural changes with the existing team of staff. I was also the departmental representative for KT and AWP and the general staff representative on the University's Academic Board.
