Job Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the logistics planning and management of the company's fresh eggs, and handling abnormal situations.2. Responsible for the storage, packaging and quality management of all products of the company, arrange production plans based on production and marketing, manage ledger, inventory and account checking.3- Manage the purchase of packing materials, warehouse management, inventory reconciliation.4- Managed the team, developed the scheduling culture, and met the company's daily delivery requirements; A performance appraisal system has been developed to improve the efficiency and quality of product delivery. Reasonable allocation of business modules, specialized personnel.5- Maintain effective communication with sales department, Marketing Department, Production department and Finance department to solve unexpected problems at any time.Introduction of performance:1- Sorted out the shipping process and increased the daily storage limit from 8000 pieces to 20000 pieces;2- Developing logistics routes, increasing the number of distribution routes from 7 to 16 lines.Improve the logistics plan and reduce the logistics cost by 20%;The breakage and scrap rate is reduced by 45%.3- Control the cost of packaging materials to decrease by 26.54%.Other work Experience:a. Assist in the business reception of the Danish delegation (8 persons including Deputy Mayor of Holsen City, Minister of Investment Promotion Department of Holsen City, professor of biochemistry of Aarhus University, professor of Agriculture College, etc.) in China.b.
