Actively supported corporate risk management program: reviewed significant claims, insurance coverage and policy language; monitored account delinquencies and pursued enforcement of warehouse lien as necessary; drafted and implemented terms and insurance requirements for vendor agreements, including staffing agencies; evaluated prospective client accounts to assess product and facility compatibility.
