Actively supported corporate risk management program: reviewed significant claims, insurance coverage and policy language; monitored account delinquencies and pursued enforcement of warehouse lien as necessary; drafted and implemented terms and insurance requirements for vendor agreements, including staffing agencies; evaluated prospective client accounts to assess product and facility compatibility. Conducted corporate due diligence and negotiated purchase agreements associated with corporate acquisitions of external logistics company, freight brokerage entity, and material handling dealership; helped develop and review client quality agreements; and interfaced with government agencies and clients on regulatory matters.
