Coordination, budget management and project direction for a full renovation of 40 thousand square feet of a previous vocational high school to become a full service kitchen (capacity 1.5 million meals a year) Cafe and warehouse. Project is collaborative in nature with partnership of area food service providers demanding constant communication to ensure end objectives are met for all parties.
