I work in private practice "Strabane Counselling Service" coinciding as a Sessional Counsellor with HURT (Drugs / Alcohol . I view my style of Counselling as eclectic / integrative. I select from various modalities and theories depending on the clients needs. I have experience in working with drugs / alcohol dependency, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, low self esteem, self harm, anger management, stress management, life coaching.I also hold a post of Community Health Facilitator with Strabane Health Improvement Project. My role involves reaching those hard to reach individuals with in the community and surrounding areas, providing them with a personalised holistic Health Plan, jointly identifying areas of their lives they wish to change and supporting the same. I am also an Energy Healer at Holistic Harmony
