Operational Lead for Direct to Patient Call Centre projects (all phases), using internal IQVIA resources and management of sub-contractors. Including staff planning, reporting, monitoring scope and budget tracking and reporting.Design, planning, implementation and day-to-day oversight of projects in patient recruitment, patient retention, lost to follow-up, PRO collection, patient reminders, long term safety follow-up and patient re-imbursement. Support Business Development in order to win and grow new business. This includes participation and input into strategy calls, bid defence meetings and the creation of costings and budgets.

Planning, implementation and management of clinical projects according to ICH/GCP and Minerva SOPs. Establish and manage a project team. Ensure study nurses are trained adequately to meet the study requirement. Prepare post study reports including metrics, Monitor financial forecasts.
