- Co-founder of social enterprise that built 16 classrooms and clinics in indigenous villages over three years. Introduced pre-fabricated building model that halved school construction costs and inspired Chiapas state government to build over 4,000 similar classrooms. - Initiated and maintained village, municipal and state government program collaboration.- Wrote program handbook for first randomised control trial of its kind to improve education quality in Mexico for over 24,000 program participants. The program increased learning levels by an entire grade level for a cost of only $27 USD per student.- Created and implemented monitoring and evaluation system that aligned scholarship recipient qualifications and data to Mexico's National Institute of Statistics' methodology on measuring multidimensional poverty.- Developed organisational strategies, internal controls and fiscal compliance during period of rapid growth (from $0.8 to $2 million USD budget) and construction of over 100 new schools, including the infrastructure and systems to meet requirements of organisation's first external independent audits in both USA and Mexico and ensured continued compliance for annual audits.
