-Overall head of the Africa operations overseeing various functions including Finance and Accounts, Human Resource and Administration, IT, Reservations and Trip Coordination functions-In charge of implementing key projects and driving various board decisions within the Africa office-Providing key inputs to strategy formulation-Decision making in regards to recruitment, internal job movements, compensation, terminations, business engineering, key policy formulation-Train, mentor, coach, and direct team members reporting directly and indirectly to me-Setting, prioritizing , monitoring ,overseeing, measuring and evaluating the company, teams and specific team member's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), annual and quarterly. -Involved in formulation and implementation of key processes-Serve as liaison between the Africa office and the holding company as well as other affiliated companies-Capacity planning in line with foreseen growth of the organization

-Preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements-Procurement of office assets and supplies -Office administration and ensuring smooth running of the office-Leading the Human Resource functions including administering compensation, benefits and performance management systems

-Preparation of Monthly Quarterly and end of year financial report as per USAID laid down requirements.-Preparation of budgets and assisting the project coordinator in proposal writing -Financial advice to the organisation-Procurement and ensuring payments are made.-Financial Planning and management-Office management
