Was responsible for the fiscal operation and administrative duties of the 266 bed continuing care retirement community. Accounting responsibilities included: cash monitoring, accounts receivable, accounts and loans payable, fixed asset management, bond compliance, deferred income analysis and budgeting. Facilitated annual audit, cost reports and communication with municipal bond holders. Administrative duties included managing the 60 bed skilled nursing facility, facilitating annual survey process, overseeing capital projects, and overseeing day to day activities of several different departments including housekeeping, food service and maintenance.
