Primarily work on Continuous Improvement Initiatives

• Process Improvement Advisor / DMAIC Champion; collect data, facilitate workshops, map processes, evaluate for improvement, create action logs, motivate and follow up, report progress to management and assist with implementing changes• Review station Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including timeliness and defects; ensure they are shared and understood, establish proactive procedures to meet targets and liaise with product to follow up for sustainability• SharePoint Site Administrator; train and maintain site; create and modify sub-sites, pages, web parts, libraries and workflows as required by the business

• Managed customer inquiries, liaised with airlines to coordinate air freight shipments, resolved customer complaints, developed, implemented and monitored programs and services, developed company standards and practices relating to the coordination and provision of client services.

• Managed all road tour logistics for musicians and technicians: coordinated performance arrangements, agents, club owners; set up and tear down of stage sets; managed musicians including schedules and business transactions; performed all related administrative and accounting duties• Organized the purchase and leasing of sound and lighting equipment; created lighting and sound design
