• Manage and supervise daily operations of the practice including organising 12 GP's and staffing rosters, creation and review of weekly financial reports, supervising centre billing processes, ordering of medical supplies and overseeing functionality of the treatment room• Manage a large team of nursing, administration and reception staff providing direction, training and support through daily interaction• Facilitation of the accreditation process• Development and implementation of practice policies and procedures• Manage and implement benchmarking standards• Development of patient base and promotion of the practice in the local community• Assist with integration of new practices acquired by Eastbrooke including the purchase of existing practices and new start-up practices• Creation and implementation of procedures to migrate practices from existing clinical and billing software to Best Practice
