*Raised and managed a budget of over $750,000 with a continuous surplus each year. Current surplus is over $300,000. *Grew volunteer base from 68 to 200+ volunteer leaders and committee members and adult helpers. Young Life is a volunteer based ministry that relies on such resources. *Grew number of ministries from four to nine, with the average kid attendance growing from 258 to 582 each week and summer camping growing from 188 to 422. *Successfully unified and managed an area consisting of private schools, suburban and urban high schools, as well as YoungLives (YL Club for teen moms), and college. *Successfully recruited, trained, and deployed both volunteer leaders and staff throughout the mission of YL and into other ministries around the world. *Began first Young Life Club for teen moms in Texas (now YoungLives), and helped train staff and volunteers to develop new ministries throughout Texas and the US.

*Maintained a pillar ministry, and began ministries in new schools in Greensboro, NC and Houston, TX. *Began the current longest continuous urban YL club in Houston. *Recruited, trained, placed and led volunteer leaders in multiple ministries. *Developed and implemented new committee structure to lay foundation for healthy growing ministry in West Houston YL.
