Team Lead/Realtor of ELEVATION where we focus on investment real estate, property redevelopment, and education.Ann Marlin’s entrepreneurship journey started when she purchased her first business in 2005. She acquired a wedding planning business and within 2 years, tripled the revenue and number of events. In the same year, she also purchased a custom stationery business to complement the wedding & event planning component. Her businesses continued to grow every year and was recognized as one of the leading wedding planners in Colorado. She sold both businesses in 2020 and is excited to say that it is still one of the top wedding planning companies in Colorado. Ann studied and received her real estate license in June 2021 and joined the ELEVATION team to cultivate broker relationships, create systems, and service Roofstock, a nationwide hedge fund. Leading the ELEVATION team on this endeavor, the team spearheaded a unique sourcing and acquisition strategy where the fund purchased over 300 homes in the Denver area. She personally closed 18 deals in 2 months before moving to a management position for the team. Ann is the team lead for broker expansion in metro Denver with EXP real estate and will oversee our current team of 5 licensed real estate brokers.With the ELEVATION team growing, Ann set out to find a new corporate headquarters. She brokered the deal where the Broadway Collective now exists. She designed and now manages the 24 office cowork space including leasing, customer service, marketing, and business operations. Ann enjoys spending time with her three teenage children and helping support their athletic and academic pursuits. She loves to travel, practice yoga, cook and spend time with family and close friends. She is an active volunteer with A Little Help which supports senior citizens in their needs to age gracefully in their homes.
