Project Management and IT Operational Support

Lead and manage a team of 65 + associates consisting of local, remote, and off-shore resources. Provide analysis of issues/projected for coordination and communication between the organizational customers of applications services and application support resources. Design and maintain customer databases, upgrades and application updates. Coordinate with customer community strategic planning for future systems and the ongoing optimization of existing systems. Applications include IDX, Morrisey, Sovera Imaging, Dolbey and USA Scheduling. Coordinated communication between application service customers and support resources. Collaborated with user community regarding strategic plan and ongoing optimization of existing systems. Served as a facilitator/liaison between organizations clients and support staff. Championed analysis, planning, designing and goal setting.

Managed a staff of seven team members to ensure the quality of work was achieved and all departmental standards are met.

Created patient and physician response letters using MultiMate, designed graphs and charts using Freelance Software, and assisted in coordinating activities of The Lipid Center.Developed and implemented designs for database-definitions, input and report forms utilizing Enable Software.Responsible for data entry of patient information and results of cholesterol tests utilizing Enable and MultiMate Software

Data entry of patient medical information in Siemens mainframe, interpreted and transcripted physician orders for patient care, ordered all diagnostic tests for patients.Ordered and stocked emergency supplies for each of 5 Intensive Care nursing units
