Ann has almost 40 years experience as a fundraiser—the last 30-plus of them with Natural Lands, one of the oldest and largest non-profit land trusts in the United States, where she has grown a non-existent development function into a nine-person department with a full complement of fundraising professionals. Working closely with the President and the Board of Trustees, Ann has overseen every major Natural Lands Trust fundraising initiative since 1992, including multiple campaigns, and has the pleasure of stewarding donor relationships on a day-to-day basis. A member of Natural Lands' seven-person senior management team, Ann is responsible for creating the organization's overarching fundraising strategies, driving case-making, and ensuring her department meets and exceeds its fundraising objectives.
