Wrote and produced an internal style guide that documented the basic rules and standards necessary for writing web pages as well as preparing templates for publishing.

Wrote position papers that introduced the company’s vision for the Service Delivery Manager role and articulated best practices related to an IT service rollout.

Wrote and produced a handbook that provided step-by-step instructions and templates for use by communications professionals globally to inform and educate end users preparing for deploying to a new software tool. Collaborated and created other valued communication deliverables for end users and senior managers such as podcasts, FAQs, briefing documents, key messaging, etc.

As direct report to Program Manager, enabled and supported the global communications and training activities associated with deploying 11,000 employees to a new time tracking tool. Coached global communication teams to customize content, define audience groups and implement delivery mechanisms.Used relationship-building skills to encourage HP branding standards were met. Advised senior management on progress, issues, and actions aimed at ensuring end-users receive the right information at the right time.
