Work Description：I am in charge of marketing and project management. We introduce ODM products to customer or we design a new product according to customer requirement. I am responsible for quotation and reception and all communication with customer. After design and price firmed and project kick off, I also follow up the project development until mass production, such as project schedule, off tool, engineer building, pilot run and mass production. I am experienced in project management and customer communication, can adapt to a new job quickly.

Work Description：1. Order management, keep tracking of samples and mass production, monitor the whole process of the order, ensure in time delivery.2. Keep Order status tracking with suppliers to confirm delivery date and regular update to sales team and end customer.3. Logistics issue coordination including daily contacting forwarders/logistics suppliers, to ensure on time delivery and accurate documentation to customer;4. Maintenance of order data in SAP and documentation filing of each shipment;5. Miscellaneous activities, such as apply payment for supplier, and Push buyer for payment release, collect tax refund doc, customer pool maintenance, coordinate customer complain with quality dept, etc.6. New/Old supplier SOP education, monitoring supplier service level to ensure regular supply.7.Finish monthly report for analysis performance ensure the timely and efficient operations.
